MEDITATION DER SINNE
Im Mittelpunkt dieses Meditationsabends steht die bewusste Wahrnehmung der Sinne. Die Welt der Körpersinne wird erkundet, begleitet von Impulsen, wie sich diese in der Meditation einbinden lassen und Achtsamkeit und Präsenz im Moment fördern.
Einfache, kurze Körper-Übungen und angeleitete Meditationen ermöglichen einen leichten Zugang zur Meditations-Praxis.
Diese Einheit lädt dazu ein, Sinneseindrücke ohne Bewertung zu erleben und sie als Anker für Achtsamkeit wahrzunehmen. Eine inspirierende Reise durch das Spüren, Hören und bewusste Wahrnehmen.
Geeignet ist der Meditationsabend sowohl für Anfänger:innen als auch für diejenigen, die Meditation besser verstehen und gemeinsam praktizieren möchten.

Über Daniel:
Meine Reise in die Welt der Medaitation begann vor etwa 12 Jahren, und schon bald spürte ich, welche wertvolle Bereicherung diese Erfahrung für mein Leben darstellt. Vor etwa zwei Jahren entschloss ich mich, das Wissen und die Erfahrungen, die ich in diesen 12 Jahren gesammelt habe, mit anderen Menschen, wie dir, zu teilen. 2023 habe ich schließlich meine Ausbildung als Meditationslehrer bei Meditas begonnen und erfolgreich abgeschlossen.

Breathe… Let go of your daily to-dos and focus on being fully present in the here & now. Start your evening with a mindful break and shift your focus from doing to being. Activating and relaxing mindfulness exercises set the mood for a guided, focus centered meditation. Each session focuses on a different theme to inspire you to find your own mindful flow.
The meditation is guided and suitable for beginners as well. You can meditate sitting, standing or lying down. Focus & flow mindfully into the evening with a guided meditation in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
You can expect:
– Inspiration and sharing of experiences in the group
– Mindfulness exercises to activate your (body) awareness
– Guided meditations with different focus centered techniques
