Learning how to meditate
At meditas, meditation comes alive.
In our four modules, we provide mindful support for your meditation practice while introducing practical and scientific knowledge about meditation one step at a time. Meditation becomes a special moment of enjoyment that is beneficial to your mental and physical health. The topics and techniques are tried and tested, effective and individualized, and are free from religious dogmas.

- Meditation techniques for daily life
Module 3 – The River

In this more practical module, you will have the opportunity to practice and reflect on the techniques you have learned in the previous modules. The goal is to deepen your meditation practice while developing your consciousness. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to become acquainted with different levels of consciousness.
Goals and topics:
• Exploration of your own levels of consciousness
• Supervision of your own practice
• Advancement of your meditation practice
• Integration into daily life
Module 4 – The Lake
Dates: tba
Prerequisites: Modules 1, 2, and 3
Module 4 is dedicated to an intense meditation practice where you can observe your sense of self, which in turn enhances your self-awareness. An open awareness that is non-descriptive and non-judging is practiced in a group setting.
Added benefits:
• Inspiration
• Creativity
• Encountering your spirituality
• Enjoyment of meditative states
At meditas, we teach modern meditation techniques that are based on current research findings. The instructions are easy to follow and understand; as such, we provide room for a mindful and curious observation of the mind, body, and the now. In groups, we guide you through shorter and longer meditations, ranging from five to thirty minutes. The exercises are designed to foster a beginner’s joy in the meditation practice, an awareness of its benefits, and the application of a number of techniques in a regular, personal meditation practice.
