Mindful Morning – Guided Meditation in English
Start your day in a mindful way
Take one hour to focus on yourself and the present moment. Let go of the stresses and strains of the week and the anticipation of the week(end) to come. During this Mindful Morning session being here is enough. – Wherever you are. The guided meditation opens a window to mindfulness, a conscious pause to recharge and center.
Start your day with calm and clarity: Each session includes mindfulness and body awareness exercises, impulses and guided meditations (max. 15-20min per meditation). – For a mindful start into the day.
Suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators. You can meditate sitting, standing or lying down.
