Start your day in a mindful way – Take 30 minutes to focus on yourself and the present moment. Let go of the stresses and strains of the week and the anticipation of the weekend to come. During this Mindful Morning being here is enough. – Wherever you are. The online meditation opens a window to mindfulness, a consciouse pause to recharge and center.
Start your day with calm and clarity: Each session includes a different mindfulness exercise or impulse and a guided meditation. – For a mindful morning. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators. You can meditate sitting, standing or lying
down.

About the meditation teacher:
The joy of being in the present moment has been a constant in Christine’s life since a young age. Christine found her way to formal meditation practice in 2018. Shortly afterwards, the journey with Meditas began: from joining meditation courses as a student to becoming a certified meditation teacher in 2023-2024. As a meditation teacher, Christine now leads guided meditation and mindfulness sessions at Meditas. Christine is fluent in English and German.
