The individual meditation training is aimed at both beginners who want to learn meditation, as well as experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice or further develop it through supervision. It offers a flexible approach that is oriented towards your personal needs, challenges, and individual questions. In addition, the individual training offers the opportunity to clarify open questions about your own meditation practice and reflect on personal experiences in a protected setting.

The training is open to children from 8 years old, teenagers, adults, executives, and artists – as well as for all people who want to discover or deepen meditation as a valuable resource for more clarity, serenity, and self-awareness.

Yes, in addition to developing a stable meditation practice, the training can also serve personal development. In doing so, recurring thoughts, emotions, or identifications are reflected upon to promote an integrative approach to challenges.

A central aspect of the Individual Meditation Training and Coaching is allowing things to be – instead of fighting against inner processes, a conscious approach to resistance is cultivated. In addition, the training helps to recognize rigid thought patterns, mindfully question them, and thereby develop more inner flexibility and clarity.

The self-experience of pure being can thus positively influence daily experience and lead to more serenity, presence, and inner freedom.

Mona, Anna, and Alexander are pedagogically trained and have years of experience in teaching meditation and mindfulness. Mona and Alexander also work as coaches (life and social counseling and psychotherapy) outside of Meditas.

There is the possibility for a free 15-minute introductory call, in which individual expectations, goals, and possibilities are discussed. A session lasts 50 minutes and always begins with a brief clarification of the process as well as current wishes and concerns.

There are two options:

  • Meditation Training: Here, practical meditation practice is the focus – you learn or deepen meditation techniques to develop a stable personal practice.
  • Meditation Coaching: In addition to meditation, current life topics are also reflected upon and illuminated from the perspective of meditation as an art of living. This enables an integrative approach to feelings, identifications, and recurring thoughts in daily life.

The goal is to sustainably integrate meditation into your life and develop an individually suitable practice.

That depends entirely on your individual needs and current situation. Some use the training regularly to continuously build and deepen their meditation practice, while others take individual sessions to reflect on specific questions or challenges from a meditative perspective.

The training is flexibly designed and can be adapted to optimally support you in your process.
