In a time of increasing speed and rising demands, the ability for conscious self-regulation and presence is becoming increasingly important. Mindfulness education offers a practical approach to cultivate “being in the here and now” not only as a personal resource but also to integrate it into educational, social, and professional contexts.
We invite you to become part of this Mindfulness Education Training and develop a well-founded, practical presence – a practice that not only strengthens your own well-being but also sustainably promotes that of those around you.
For educators, therapists, leaders, and generally for all who work with people, mindfulness offers a dual effect:
Self-care: Mindfulness-based approaches help strengthen one’s own resources and deal with challenges more consciously.
Positive effects on the environment: Mindfulness can have a beneficial effect on others – be it through better communication, empathy, or presence.
Numerous scientific studies show that integrating mindfulness into (educational) practice has positive effects, especially on:
Mindfulness is understood as recognizing habits and automatisms in everyday life – a reflection on present perceptions related to experiencing the moment. Mindfulness training makes it possible to more consciously recognize the subtleties of one’s own sensory perception and to promote attention. It is therefore a practice of focusing.
Two central factors are important here:
✔ Personal Presence (Present Moment Awareness)
✔ Acceptance of the Moment
These competencies support everyday educational practice, the leadership of employees, or the guidance of people in various contexts. Start today and learn about our practical Mindfulness Education Training!

The training in mindfulness education was a great gain for me, both professionally and from a human perspective. The theoretical basis, but even more so the practical application, has formed the foundation for my professional activities for over two years.
I can highly recommend the Mindfulness Education Training with Mona. Through her warm and open manner, she creates a pleasant atmosphere for the participants. You feel safe and secure.
The training with Mona introduced me to the topic of mindfulness in an easy and fascinating way and at the same time gave me tools to inspire other people for it. For me, it was a "kick-off" to my very personal journey.

Mindfulness education is a practical approach to cultivate mindfulness as a personal resource and integrate it into educational, social, and professional contexts. It enables a more conscious, non-judgmental perception and promotes dealing with challenges, emotions, and stress.
Mindfulness means being fully in the present moment – with everything that is, without wanting to change it. It’s about consciously perceiving life, “doing what you do”, without getting lost in thoughts about the past or future.
Our approach is secular, meaning free from religious or esoteric concepts, and is based on scientific findings from psychology, neuroscience, and philosophy.
Mindfulness in its purest form is non-intentional – it’s not about a specific goal like relaxation or stress management, but about a direct experience of the moment. By consciously acknowledging what is, a natural clarity and serenity arises that transfers to everyday life.
