This weekend invites you to gently awaken it – and dive back into the vibrancy of mindfulness, silence, and immediate presence.
This refresher retreat offers ample space to revitalize and deepen your practice with current insights:
Sitting and walking meditation, short insights into meditative posture, as well as time for questions, exchange, and reflection on your own practice.
In the protected atmosphere of the Meditation Farm, a setting is created where roles, demands, and expectations can be set aside for a while – so that the immediate power of the present becomes tangible.
Regular meditation strengthens the ability to clearly perceive thoughts and emotions without getting lost in them. It leads to more clarity, self-efficacy, and inner balance – to wisdom and harmony with what is.
Ideal for anyone who has already attended Meditas courses or regularly meditates and wishes to revitalize their practice – supported by openness, simplicity, and mindful community.
