Every Moment as a New Beginning.
Want to spend New Year’s Eve differently? The Meditas New Year’s Eve Retreat invites you to experience meditative awareness over three days – between spaces of silence and moments of inspiring exchange. Arriving, pausing, non-doing – a break from having to, should, and achieving. Walking and sitting meditations, as well as a mindful review of the year, open up a space for clarity, serenity, focus, and realignment with what is essential. On New Year’s Eve, meditative dance and cooking together at the campfire intertwine with the simplicity of the moment. At midnight, a silent meditation accompanies the turn of the year – in presence and wakefulness. Perhaps it reveals that every moment is already a beginning – fresh, immediate, now.
4 days of meditation and mindfulness in a cozy atmosphere at the meditation center in Burgenland.

It is possible to stay overnight in the meditation center upon request. (limited number of rooms!)
