Meditation Retreat for Women – Who am I when I don’t need to be anyone?
3 days at the Meditation Center in Burgenland
Who am I when I don’t have to be anyone?
Being a woman often means being many things: mother, partner, colleague, daughter, caregiver, the funny one, the serious one. Always in relation, reliable and available.
For three days, doing can rest.
"The self steps back—so that perception can become possible in the first place."
after Simone Weil
This meditation retreat is an experiment: living into the question for three days—who am I when I don’t have to be anyone? Together with other women, in silence and conversation, with curiosity and self-compassion.
This question has no answer in words. It lives in silence.
Sitting and walking alternate. Everyday life steps back. What remains reveals itself on its own—and can be just as it is.
In between, impulses from philosophy and consciousness research—for observing and reflecting. Space for questions and conversations that are allowed to remain open.
Time for non-doing. Time for silence.
