Our children’s courses playfully teach the basics of meditation. In ongoing units or one-time workshops, children discover topics such as mindfulness, body awareness, dealing with feelings, stillness, and joy in movement. The content is tried and tested and addresses everyday situations of children. In simple exercises, the children receive “tools” that they can easily use in everyday life to cope with stress and practice calm, composure, and self-care.
