This course takes place in the studio and online via Zoom upon request.
In 5 units, learn the basics of intentionless meditation and thus a mindful approach to yourself, stress, and the “art of serenity.” Meditation is a practice of reduction that leads you to clarity, presence, and self-awareness without active doing.
In doing so, you develop a mindful approach to yourself, recognize your thought patterns and strengthen your resilience to live the art of serenity in everyday life.
We teach the practice and essence of meditation from a secular, scientific perspective.
The course is led by an educationally trained meditation teacher who addresses individual needs. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions, and group exchange provides additional inspiration and support.
